Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a nice blend of modern and traditional architecture and is conveniently located near the ferry. However, the experience was marred by some service issues and the breakfast could use improvement. The pool and spa facilities were pleasant, though not what I expected from a high-end hotel. Overall, it’s a decent stay but may not meet luxury expectations.
Our stay at the hotel was absolutely incredible! The staff was warm and attentive, which made us feel special throughout our visit. The breakfast was a highlight, offering an amazing variety. However, we did experience some inconvenience with transportation costs from the airport. Overall, it's an ideal getaway with beautiful views and excellent amenities.
My stay at the Grand Hotel Imperiale was mostly enjoyable, with fantastic views over Lake Como and a lovely pool area. The rooms were elegant and spacious, although I did notice that the service in the restaurant was disappointing. Despite this, the location was perfect for exploring nearby towns and enjoying the serene environment. Overall, it’s a nice option but be prepared to deal with some dining challenges.
My recent stay at this hotel was quite a mix of experiences. The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff truly made my visit special, though the dining options left something to be desired. While the location offers peace and tranquility, it might be considered somewhat isolated for those wanting more activities. The rooms were comfortable but lacking in some features, and the amenities were generally good but could be improved.
Our recent stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location by the lake was stunning, providing beautiful views and easy access to the ferry. The pool area was enjoyable, but it could get noisy due to the pump house nearby. The breakfast left something to be desired, but the dinner experience was a highlight. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay, though not without its quirks.
